Spring is a joyous time. A time of new growth, refreshment and the cleansing of all the winter dredges. All winter, I look froward to spring, admittedly, I start looking forward to spring in late October. Spring is vibrant. Fresh, and a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness. That’s how I want my spiritual life to be also. I desire for my life to showcase Jesus. I want to be like the plant that grows with fervent ambition, reaching upward to the sky; roots sinking deeply into the fertile soil of the gospel. I want my branches to be full of vibrant fruit, offering up a sweet savor to God. To reach this state of luscious beauty with any plant, it requires times of pruning, resting and sometimes even transplanting. God knows best. He always does and always will. May He do a marvelous work in your life this week.
