The promise of spring is in the air. Yesterday it was nearly 60 degrees and sunny. I was so excited to go for a walk that my excited squeals caused the little one to give me some strange looks. She wasn’t sure what was wrong with me. We did walk, however, and she loved it.
Lately, Brad and I have been feeling somewhat discouraged about our financial support that we are raising to go to MMS. We admit, we haven’t really been putting a lot of effort into it the last month or so, partly due to Brad’s commitment in helping with a Haiti benefit auction. Thankfully it’s now over. I’m praying that we can have a clear vision on how to continue to raise monthly financial support. It seems like such an impossible task, but I know that God is faithful and that He does provide. Just yesterday we were blessed by two new families that are committing monthly. Thank you, you know who you are. It was an answer to a prayer that Brad had prayed that same day. Again, God is confirming us to keep pressing forward and so we will.
If you feel led to, please pray for us in that area. That we would:
- Be faithful and diligent to the calling where we are called
- That God would open doors
- Always, that the Lord will be glorified through our life
May He ever hold you in His hand.

Good news that more are joining in with commitment.
Remember “following” usually means you are following someone who know where they are going, even when we don’t. Otherwise we would be leading, not following. That’s why we’re following Him. He Knows.
He knows where you three are going…and when. Just be faithful in following Him. The timing is up to Him.
